(B) By visiting, accessing and/or using https://watchanchor.com (the “Website”), or registering for an user account with us, you hereby accept these Terms (which shall include without limitation, our Privacy Policy set out in Section 2 (Privacy Policy) below) and agree to be bound by them, as well as consent to the collection and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

(C) The Company reserves its rights to vary or modify the Terms from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice to you. The varied or modified version of these Terms shall be posted on the Website from time to time and such posting shall constitute sufficient notice to you of the variation or modification. The variation and modification shall take effect on the date of the posting of the same on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following any amendment of these Terms will represent an agreement by them to be bound by these Terms as amended.

  1. We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. In order to serve you better and to deliver or perform the Services, we may collect personally identifiable information and your personal data (as defined below) when you visit, access or utilise our Website.

Our Privacy Policy set out in this Section 2 (Privacy Policy) sets out the basis which we may collect, retain, disclose, use, or otherwise process the personal data collected about you via the Website in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012, any regulations enacted thereunder and any guidelines that may be issued from time to time by the Personal Data Protection Commission (collectively, the “PDPA”).       • (a) Contact and Identity-related Data: Your name, images and photographs of your watches and timepieces, details of your watches and timepieces (which shall include but not be limited to the purchase details, manufacturer, type, characteristics, serial number and information relating to the make and warranty, wish-lists, notes or references, or list of favourites), photographs, email address, telephone number;
      • (b) Use Data: Information about how you use our Website (including the time you visit our Website, the duration of your visit, the brand, types and make of watches and timepieces you have added to your collection or where applicable, to your wish list or list of favourites), the advertising, marketing and content you interact with on the Website;
      • (c) Marketing and Communications Data: Feedback, comments, pictures and discussions on our Website and chat boxes, responses to missing or incorrect data for timepieces or watches and timepieces, responses to user surveys and polls, your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us and our third parties, and your communication preference;
      • (d) Payment Information: Data about your billing address and method of payment, such as bank details, credit, debit or other payment card information.
      • (e) Technical Data: Your Internet Protocol address, the internet device identity or media access control address of your device, information sent by or associated with the devise used to access the Website, times of visit, information regarding the manufacturer, type, characteristics, model or operating system of the device that you use and/or information about the web browser that you use to access our Website;

      • (g) Any other information when you sign up for an account on our Website, and when you use the Website, as well as information related to how you use the Website, and the aggregate data on any such content you shall engage with.

      10. (j)where applicable, for any purposes in connection with the performance of our Services, to contact you in relation to the above or any such purposes which might be legally required of us, or to enforce our Terms; and

  10. Access to Personal Data

    1. 2.10.1 If you wish to access a copy of your personal data, or alternatively the details about the ways in which your personal data is used and/or disclosed, you may submit a request (“Access Request”) in writing via email to our Data Protection Officer.
    2. 2.10.2 We will respond to your Access Request as soon as we can, but in any case no later than thirty (30) days from the day our Data Protection Officer receives your Access Request. If we are unable to accede to your Access Request, we will inform you of the reasons why unless we are not required to do so under the PDPA. Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged for an Access Request. We will inform you of the fee before processing your Access Request.
  11. Storage or Retention of Personal Data

    1. 2.11.1 We may retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose(s) for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.
    2. 2.11.2 We will cease to retain your personal data or remove the means by which the personal data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which the personal data was collected and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
    3. 2.11.3 We will also put in place measures such that your personal data in our possession or under our control is destroyed and/or anonymized as soon as it is reasonable to assume that (i) the purpose for which that personal data was collected is no longer being served by the retention of such personal data, and (ii) retention is no longer necessary for any such legal or other business purposes.

  13. Withdrawal of Consent

    1. 2.13.1 If you wish to withdraw your consent to our collection and retention of your personal data, you must inform our Data Protection Officer in writing by email at hello@watchanchor.com (“Email Notification”), and specify the email address(es) for the purposes of withdrawing your consent for the collection and retention of your personal data. No other method of withdrawal of consent will be accepted as a valid notification of our Data Protection Officer.
    2. 2.13.2 Upon receipt of your Email Notification, we will require fourteen (14) days for your request to be processed. Your withdrawal of consent shall be construed as your irrevocable agreement that,
      • (a)We will not be able to continue providing the Services to you and we are entitled to forthwith and automatically terminate your existing account on the Website;
      • (b) We shall be entitled to permanently delete all your personal data, which shall include but not be limited to all information relating to the collection your watches and timepieces (which shall include but not be limited to the purchase details, manufacturer, type, characteristics, serial number and information relating to the make and warranty, wish-lists, notes or references, or list of favourites). You will not be able to retrieve any and all information, including all such personal data relating to your collection of watches and timepieces shall be permanently deleted.
    3. 2.13.3 Please note that withdrawing your consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclosure without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws, rules or regulations.

  14. Transfer of Personal Data Outside Singapore

    1. 2.14.1 We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore unless specifically instructed by you and/or where necessary in the course of the provision of our Services.
    2. 2.14.2 Where we transfer your personal data outside Singapore, we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the PDPA.
